We are currently looking for an Education/Teaching Assistant to join our dedicated team. The successful candidate will play a key role in providing support to the staff and students, ensuring a nurturing learning environment.Responsibilities include assisting the lead teacher in lesson plan preparation, monitoring students during class and recreational activities, helping with grading assignments and providing one-on-one assistance to students as needed. In addition, you will participate in parent-teacher meetings and support the overall educational goals of the school.Job Requirements
Ideal candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with at least one year’s experience in an educational setting. A strong understanding of classroom management and child development techniques is essential. You also need to be committed to inclusive education and able to handle a diverse classroom.Personal Requirements
We are looking for individuals who are passionate about education and dedicated to fostering positive learning experiences. You must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good time management and organisational abilities, and the capacity to work effectively in a team environment. Patience, flexibility and a sense of humour are also prized assets in this role.
