Job Description (Reception / Reservations):

As an intern in the Reception / Reservations department, you will serve as the first point of contact for our clients. Your responsibilities will include greeting customers and managing reservations, both physically and over the phone. Your role will involve maintaining a high level of customer service, managing front desk operations effectively, and contributing your ideas for service improvements.

Tasks:

- The management of customer check-ins, check-outs and reservations, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.
- Effective handling of customer queries, complaints and feedback
- Working closely with team members to optimize service delivery
- Keeping records updated with the latest customer information.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should be studying towards a degree in Hospitality, Tourism or any related field, or have relevant experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential. Mandarin, English and Portuguese language proficiency is mandatory. Candidates should be willing to work weekends and holidays, possess excellent customer service skills, and be able to multitask and handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
