Job Description

The successful candidate will assist our lead German teacher in conducting classes for various age groups and proficiency levels. Responsibilities include:

- Supporting the teacher in planning, preparing, and delivering effective German language lessons that cater to students' needs and abilities.
- Providing additional assistance to individual students as needed during classroom activities.
- Helping to create a motivational and interactive learning environment.
- Assessing student progress and offering constructive feedback.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as maintaining student records and grading assessments.

Job Requirements

- Possess at least a Bachelor's degree or higher in German Studies, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Proficiency or near-native fluency in the German language.
- Previous experience in an educational setting, preferably teaching German.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
