Position Description and Responsibilities

As an English Teaching Assistant, you will:

- Assist lead instructors in delivering English lessons to diverse groups of students
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed, reinforcing lesson material and providing additional practice
- Prepare classroom materials and contribute to lesson planning
- Participate in school events and activities
- Assist with language assessments and tracking student progress
- Provide feedback to students and facilitate a supportive learning environment

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses:

- A Bachelor's degree or higher
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent
- Prior experience working with students in an instructional capacity
- Excellent spoken and written English skills
- Able to work well in a team-oriented environment
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
