The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. From scheduling client meetings, to communicating between departments, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner. Proficiency in English, French or Italian (other languages will considered an asset).
Tasks
Duties/Responsibilities will included:
- Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or mail to answer questions about products or services.
- Interact with our online community by responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tik tok and LinkedIn.
- Monitor social media trends, track performance metrics, and compile reports on campaign effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- Act as a reliable and supportive team member.
Requirements
Skills/Abilities:
- Marketing skills.
- Proficiency in English.
- Italian, French or other languages will be considered an asset.
- Ability to multitask.
- Able to take constructive criticism.
- Knowledge of graphic design tools or video editing software is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
- Knowledge in Social Media and Digital Marketing.
- Excellent communication (verbal and written), customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving skills allow you to identify and resolve issues.
Conditions
Conditions:
- 40 hours working hours a week.
- Minimum duration: 3 months onwards starting as soon as possible.
- Time 10.30am till 6.30pm (They are very very flexible since they are an events company).
- There will have priority to attend to all the events: also if you are interested they have boardings for the boat parties and doors of clubs, pools and bars, selling tickets.
- Unpaid position.
