Job Description

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated Education/Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will work closely with our class teachers to support the delivery of a high-quality education to children of different abilities and needs.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

- Assist the classroom teacher in creating and implementing lesson plans.
- Support students with learning disparities and those who need additional help.
- Contribute to a positive, stimulating and inclusive educational environment.
- Monitor student behavior and progress, and provide regular feedback to teachers and parents.
- Help organize classroom materials and manage project-based resources.
- Join and support school/recreational activities.

Essential Requirements:

- At least a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related fields.
- Previous experience in working with children is required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Italian and English.
- Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and a passion for education.
- Ability to work with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Working knowledge of the latest child education trends.
- Should demonstrate creativity, initiative, and problem-solving abilities.
