Job Responsibilities

As a Reception / Reservations intern, you will be in charge of:

• Managing the reception area, ensuring it is well maintained.
• Answering incoming calls and providing necessary information.
• Handling and coordinating daily, weekly and monthly reservations.
• Maintaining communication with clients via phone or email regarding reservations, cancellations, or modifications.
• Maintaining client databases with all necessary details for each reservation.
• Supporting the organization in various operational and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

• Pursing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Italian and English, both verbal and written.
• Proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar position would be considered an advantage.
