Internship Opportunity: Reception / Reservations

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Assist in managing the daily operations of the reception area, ensuring a warm welcome for all guests.
  • Handle reservations and inquiries via phone, email, and in person with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure timely and accurate room readiness.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for guest information and reservation records.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, while providing information about hotel services and local attractions.
  • Support the management team in promoting special packages and services, enhancing customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • Enrolled in or recently graduated from a Hospitality Management program or a related field.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian or additional languages is a plus.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
