Your daily tasks will be related to the management of all desk operations, which means, being the main center of reference to the guests and sellers. If you consider yourself a good communicator and can work in a fast-paced environment, send your Curriculum Vitae and your motivation recommendation. Another critical aspect, the internship contract from your University will be required, once you have been selected. The internship positions involve the following and include up to 40 hours per week in different shifts.

Main tasks

• To provide the necessary information to the guests and sellers;
• Assisting guests and sellers with what is required;
• Be responsible for the check-in/check-out hotel guests
• Report each shift in order to provide to the management team

Profile

• Be fluent in English and Italian
• Strong communication skills
• Organized and mind-oriented
