The role

- Contract: Full-Time Paid Internship (6 + 6 months)
- Language Requirements: Fluent Italian & advanced English
Also, you will:
- Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests
- Coordinates with the relevant Licensing Specialists to provide licence knowledge and support during the sales process
- Act as key resource for volume license offerings
- Acts as the single point of contact for account manager and customer, supporting their day-by-day delivery and overseeing
- Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers
- Grow and maintain existing customer and partner relationships

What we need to see from you
- Studies in business administration, commerce, economics, marketing, management or a related discipline
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proactive and energetic mindset
- Interest in sales, business operations and customers relations
- Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week)
- Fluent in Italian and English
