They are currently looking for a intern to join their team in sales administration.
Job description / tasks
Reporting to the Administrative and Financial Department, you are in charge of the administrative management of customers and suppliers.
You will be involved in all of the following stages:
- Management of client accounts: opening of accounts, verification, updating and validation of framework contracts,
- Subcontractor management: account creation, contract management, invoice validation, contract and order management, verification of costs to be billed to the client, management of paper activity reports,
- Invoicing and follow-up of unpaid invoices: preparation of invoices (management of commercial contracts, preparation of quotes and estimates), validation of invoices and their supporting documents, collection of debts, follow-up of payments
