Job Responsibilities
- Assist teachers in the planning and delivery of lessons to meet diverse learning needs.
- Support students with individual learning difficulties, providing tailored assistance during classes.
- Help maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.
- Conduct small group sessions to reinforce lesson materials and foster student engagement.
- Monitor student progress and behavior, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
- Prepare teaching materials and assist in classroom organization.
- Supervise students during breaks and extracurricular activities, ensuring safety and engagement.
- Participate in school events, parent-teacher meetings, and professional development activities.
Job Requirements
- Qualification in Education or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and staff.
- Patient and understanding attitude towards students’ diverse needs.
- Experience in a teaching or similar role is an advantage.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset.
