Job Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in delivering engaging English language lessons tailored to various proficiency levels.
- Support students in developing their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills through interactive exercises and activities.
- Facilitate conversation clubs and language exchange sessions that encourage student participation and confidence.
- Prepare classroom materials, including worksheets, handouts, and digital resources to enhance learning experiences.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, helping them to achieve their individual learning goals.
- Assist in the organization of extracurricular activities, including cultural events and workshops that promote English language learning.
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and collaboration.
Job Requirements
- Fluency in English, with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
- A Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field.
- Previous teaching or tutoring experience, particularly in language instruction, is highly desirable.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion for helping others learn.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of learners.
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus, but not required.
- Eligibility to work in Italy.
