Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist lead teachers in delivering Spanish language lessons to students of varying proficiency levels.
• Prepare and organize educational materials and resources for classes.
• Facilitate conversation practice and provide one-on-one support to students.
• Conduct small group activities to reinforce vocabulary, grammar, and pronunciation.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress, offering constructive feedback and assistance as needed.
• Support the planning and execution of cultural events, workshops, and excursions.
• Maintain a welcoming classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.

Job Requirements

• Fluency in Spanish; proficiency in English or Italian is a plus.
• Experience in teaching or tutoring Spanish is preferred.
• A passion for language learning and cultural exchange.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural team.
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet the needs of diverse learners.
