Job Description & Responsibilities:

As an Education / Teaching Assistant, you'll be required to provide support to our teaching staff, in addition to independently overseeing student activities. Your key responsibilities will include - but are not limited to - the following:

- Support classroom teachers in lesson planning and delivery
- Assist students with classwork and ensure completions of their assignments
- Help maintain discipline and manage classroom behavior
- Actively participating in school meetings and training workshops
- Foster an inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' participation
- Regularly communicate with parents about their child's progress

Job Requirements:

Candidates are expected to meet the following requirements for consideration:

- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field
- Previous experience working in classroom settings would be beneficial
- Proficiency in English and Italian languages
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Evidence of ability to work in a team as well as independently
- Passion for fostering a love of learning within students
