Internship Overview

This internship in our Reception/Reservations department offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced hospitality industry. Interns will learn about front desk operations, customer service excellence, and reservations management in a prestigious environment.

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a seamless experience.
• Manage reservation systems effectively, handling inquiries and modifications.
• Respond to guest requests and concerns promptly, providing tailored solutions.
• Support the team in maintaining up-to-date guest records and special requests.
• Coordinate with other departments (Housekeeping, Maintenance, etc.) to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss service quality and operational procedures.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Excellent communication skills in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with hotel management systems is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
