Internship Position: Reception / Reservations

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated intern to join our Reception/Reservations team in the heart of Parma, Italy. This hands-on internship offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable experience in the hospitality industry while working in an upscale environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing reservations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
• Greet and check-in guests, providing information about hotel facilities and the local area.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Support the front desk team in daily operations, including answering phone calls and directing guests as needed.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of room availability and hotel services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guests' needs are met.

Job Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with reservation systems.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
