Job Description

The role of an Education/Teaching Assistant involves assisting the Teacher in planning, executing, and managing classroom activities, learning sessions, and educational programs to ensure the successful academic development of students. The main tasks include:

  • Supporting the teacher in preparing teaching materials.
  • Assisting with the supervision of children during lessons and at playtime.
  • Helping with student individual progress monitoring through assessment.

Job Requirements

The successful candidate should have:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education, or a related field.
  • Prior experience working in an educational environment.
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Italian.
  • Familiarity with the Italian educational system.
  • Ability to work within a team and uphold our school’s values of respect, integrity and commitment.
