Job Responsibilities

• Assisting teaching staff in the establishment and implementation of learning programs and educational activities.
• Supporting students' social, emotional, and academic development under the teachers' supervision.
• Fostering a positive learning environment that is inclusive and engaging.
• Maintaining records, ensuring the classroom equipment is in good condition, and aiding in classroom management.
• Providing additional help to individual students as required, including those with special educational needs.

Job Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Education or a relevant field. A postgraduate degree will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience working in a classroom or similar setting.
• Strong knowledge of child development, the learning process and best educational practices.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Competency in multiple languages, including English and Italian, will be given preference.
• Ability to inspire, motivate, and make learning an enjoyable experience for students.
