Job Description

We are currently seeking an English Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic learning team. The successful applicant will be keen to immerse themselves in the international community and dedicated to providing excellent language instruction to our students.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting the Lead English Teacher with lesson preparation and presentation
• Ensuring classroom management and discipline
• Evaluating students' classwork and assignments
• Providing one-on-one assistance to students as needed
• Contributing to the development of educational content
• Participating in language workshops and cultural exchange programs

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in English or Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL)
• At least one year of teaching experience
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build relationships with students
• Strong organizational and lesson planning skills
• Valid EU work permit

Complete fluency in Italian is not a requirement, however, an intermediate understanding of the language is beneficial. Applicants should be enthusiastic and committed individuals, eager to encourage students in reaching their language goals.
