Tarefas

  • Manage quote creation, order processing, and day-to-day customer requests

  • Coordinate with Licensing Specialists to provide license knowledge and support during the sales process

  • Act as a key resource for volume license offerings

  • Serve as the single point of contact for account managers and customers, supporting daily delivery operations

  • Develop and maintain consultative relationships with existing customers

  • Grow and strengthen existing customer and partner relationships

  • Establish and expand relationships with key executives and decision-makers

  • Ensure customer needs are met in a timely and accurate manner

  • Support sales operations activities while participating in a structured learning program

Requisitos

  • Studies in Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, Marketing, Management, or a related field

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  • Solid organizational skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proactive and energetic mindset

  • Strong interest in sales, business operations, and customer relations

  • Availability for full-time work (40 hours per week)

  • Fluent in Italian and advanced level of English
