Job Description for Education / Teaching Assistant

The successful candidate will be expected to assist teachers in the delivery of a well-structured and engaging curriculum. They'll contribute creatively to developing students' understanding and lifelong love for learning.

The main responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with the teacher in planning and implementing lesson plans
  • Assisting the teacher with classroom management and general supervision of the class
  • Supporting students in their learning process through individual and group activities
  • Playing a significant role in managing resources and materials in the classroom
  • Providing feedback to teachers on individual student's progress

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field
  • Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or equivalent role, preferred
  • Proficient in English (written and spoken)
  • Comprehensive knowledge of current learning strategies and methodologies
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to foster a positive learning environment
  • Must obtain a work permit to work in Italy
