Position Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Education / Teaching Assistant to support our teaching staff in creating an engaging learning environment and managing the classroom dynamics. The selected applicant should have excellent interpersonal skills, a stellar command of the Italian and English languages, a commitment to student welfare, and a passion for education.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting teachers in planning lessons and managing student behavior
  • Helping to prepare and distribute educational material
  • Assisting with classroom management including setup, cleanliness, equipment storage
  • Working with small groups of students under the teacher’s supervision
  • Organizing and participating in school events and off-site activities

Qualifications:

Candidates should have at least an Associate’s degree in Education or a related field. We prefer candidates with prior experience as an Education or Teaching Assistant, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
