Job Description:

The Education / Teaching Assistant will be required to:

  • Assist Lead Teachers in lesson planning and delivery.
  • Work independently with small groups of students under the supervision of the teacher.
  • Help assess and monitor students' progress and provide regular updates to the lead teacher.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean, safe and stimulating learning environment.
  • Participate in school meetings and professional development activities.
  • Serve as a positive role model, demonstrating professional behavior and respect for diversity.

Job Requirements:

The ideal candidate must possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant or relevant role.
  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of Italian is a plus, but not necessary.
  • Proficiency in the use of classroom technology.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
