Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and dynamic English Teaching Assistant to join our team. This role provides a unique opportunity for enriching professional growth and cultural understanding, contributing to a global, intellectual community.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Assist in the planning of lessons while adhering to our established curriculum
- Help facilitate interactive and engaging English language classes
- Offer pedagogical support to learners and assess their progress

- Partake in cultural activities and encourage students to use English in real-life situations
- Work closely with lead instructors, contributing to language development strategies
- Perform administrative tasks like recording students’ attendance and progress

Job Requirements:

Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field. A TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA qualification is preferred. Experience in teaching English as a second/foreign language is advantageous. Proficiency in Italian is not required but can be beneficial.
