Job Description

The successful candidate will be expected to offer crucial support to our teachers, ensuring that every child is equipped to reach their full potential.

• Support teachers in preparing lesson materials and creating a stimulating learning environment.
• Provide individual assistance to students, ensuring that every learner's needs are catered for.
• Help manage classroom behavior and make certain that the learning atmosphere remains conducive.
• Participate in school activities, such as serving on committees, conducting lunch and bus duties, among others.
• Assess students' progress and provide feedback to teachers for parent-teacher meetings.
• Liaising with parents/carers and professionals such as speech therapists and health visitors.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should hold a degree or a diploma in education or a related field. Preference will be given to those with at least two years' experience, particularly in an International Baccalaureate (IB) curriculum system.

• Excellent command of English and Italian Language.
• In-depth understanding of child psychology and development.
• Demonstrable teaching/instructional skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and constructively in a team environment.
