Job Description

We are seeking a bright, dynamic, and committed Teaching / Education Assistant to join our teaching faculty. The successful candidate will be directly involved in the provision of education to our students. They'll work both collaboratively with our teachers and independently, providing valuable support to both student learning and classroom management.

Main Responsibilities

- Supporting teachers in planning and preparing for engaging lessons
- Working alongside teachers to manage student behavior and ensure a constructive learning environment
- Supporting students with their learning and development on an individual or group basis
- Assisting in the marking of work and reporting student's progress to teachers

Job Requirements

- A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Education or a relevant field, with a teaching qualification
- Experience in a similar role within a school environment
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Eligibility to work in Italy
- Knowledge of the Italian language would be a significant plus, but it is not mandatory.
