Tasks Description

As a Human Resources Intern, you will be expected to:

  • Assist with documentation relating to personnel activities such as staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, and performance evaluations.
  • Contribute to team planning and implementation of process improvements.
  • Prepare detailed reports on HR metrics to help improve workforce planning and recruitment.
  • Support the HR department in hosting recruitment events and participate in career fairs.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding office management issues.
  • Update internal databases with new employee information including contact details and employment forms.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a similar field. Previous experience is not necessary, but understanding of HR processes and labor legislation will be considered as an advantage. Basic understanding of Office programs, particularly MS Excel, is required. English proficiency is a must, while Danish language skills will be viewed favorably.

Personal Requirements

The successful candidate will be a proactive, communicative individual able to adapt to a dynamic work environment. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills are key for managing various tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential when dealing with both employees and external partners.
