Position: Human Resources Intern
We are seeking a motivated and proactive Human Resources Intern to join our team in Copenhagen. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain real-world experience in a fast-paced and supportive environment.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Participate in onboarding new employees, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
- Support the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives.
- Help maintain employee records and HR databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Contribute to various HR projects related to talent management and organizational development.

Job Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Danish is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is an advantage.
