(Remote) Content Writer Internship in a Global Platform

Our collaborator is a global platform dedicated to inspiring, guiding, and connecting expats, digital nomads, and travelers with authentic experiences and a fulfilling life abroad. Through insightful guides, travel tips, relocation advice, and wellness-focused content, it helps its audience embrace a mindful and enriching global lifestyle.

It is currently looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to support the growth and engagement of its online community across multiple platforms. This role is ideal for someone passionate about content creation, storytelling, and global living, offering a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media strategy.

Tasks

• Research and write engaging blog articles, destination guides, and lifestyle pieces.
• Create SEO-optimized content using relevant keywords and formatting.
• Develop content ideas that align with expat life, remote work, travel, wellness, and cultural experiences.
• Edit and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency.
• Collaborate with the marketing and social media team to create cross-platform content.
• Stay updated on expat trends, travel news, and digital content best practices.

 

Requirements

• Excellent writing and editing skills in English 
• Passion for expat life, travel, and global cultures. (bonus if you know Cyprus).
• Basic understanding of SEO and digital content strategies (training provided).
• Strong research skills and ability to write fact-based, engaging articles.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Experience with blogging platforms (e.g., WordPress) or writing tools (e.g., Grammarly, Hemingway) is a plus.
