Paid Operations & Customer Service Internship in an international road trip company in Europe (Various locations)

Job Description

Our collaborator is an innovative and fast-growing company in the travel and tourism sector, specialized in providing unforgettable road trip experiences across Europe. With depots in multiple European countries, they offer adventurous travelers the opportunity to explore destinations freely and comfortably. Tasks

Front-office activities:

• Provide outstanding customer service during check-ins and check-outs

• Register guests and process payments

• Explain campervan functionalities, terms and conditions

• Upsell road trip extras and additional services

Back-office activities:

 

• Align reservations with available campervans

• Verify and prepare campervans, road trip extras, and kits

• Conduct quality control checks and ensure vehicles are maintained in top condition

• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs

• Support stock monitoring and fleet coordination

• Troubleshoot operational and logistical issues

Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Hospitality, Tourism, International Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

• Fluent in English

• Valid work permit

• Valid driver’s license (mandatory)

• Strong interest in international environments and multicultural settings

• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset

 

• Hands-on attitude and comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced environments

Conditions

• Monthly compensation ranging from 520€ to 2220€ gross, depending on location

• Valuable international work experience in the tourism sector

Start date: April 1st
Duration: Up to 7 months
Full-time internship (working hours to be defined according to depot location)
