Our collaborator a rapidly growing energy drink brand that reaches over 45 countries all over the globe and sponsors the world’s top athletes. The company is looking for interns to join their international and hard-working team in their offices in Marbella, Spain.
Support daily supply chain operations using Sage ERP, including creating and processing purchase orders for raw materials and finished goods.
Register goods receipts, create product codes and barcodes, set up new product profiles, and prepare component sheets.
Assist in logistics coordination, including shipment tracking and communication with suppliers, warehouses, freight forwarders, and internal teams.
Prepare and manage logistics documentation, including invoices, packing lists, and proforma invoices.
Support new product launches and international market expansion through product registrations, regulatory certifications, and label verification.
Assist in ensuring product information, documentation, and labelling comply with relevant requirements.
Monitor production volumes against targets and contribute to KPI tracking, reporting, and operational analysis.
Identify and communicate potential production delays, discrepancies, and operational risks.
Validate supplier and production invoices against agreed costs.
Organise and archive technical, production, and regulatory documentation.
Collaborate with Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Innovation, and Finance teams to resolve daily operational queries and improve processes.
Currently studying Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, International Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
Preferably a senior student in the final years of university studies.
Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
Strong interest in supply chain operations, logistics, procurement, and international trade.
Good analytical, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work accurately with operational data and documentation.
Proactive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets, digital tools, and operational systems.
Knowledge of ERP systems, particularly Sage, is a plus.
Ability to obtain a signed internship agreement from their university, specifying the internship dates and tasks.
Monthly allowance of €500.
Gain hands-on experience in an international FMCG company.
Receive practical training in Sage ERP and supply chain management processes.
Develop an understanding of the complete supply chain, from raw material sourcing and purchasing to production, quality control, warehousing, and final delivery.
Learn about international product launches, regulatory requirements, certifications, and market-specific documentation.
Strengthen skills in logistics coordination, procurement, operational analysis, and KPI reporting.
Gain experience in invoice validation, product master data management, and documentation control.
Collaborate with different departments, including Supply Chain, Logistics, Product Innovation, and Finance.
Work in an international and multidisciplinary environment.
Develop valuable professional skills and practical industry knowledge for a future career in supply chain and logistics.
Duration: Minimum 6 months.

Internship agreement: Mandatory. The student's university must sign an internship agreement specifying the dates and tasks.
