Our collaborator is a premium real estate and holiday rental agency located in Roses, on the beautiful Costa Brava in Spain. Specializing in luxury vacation rentals, the agency manages an exclusive portfolio of 15 high-end villas and apartments, welcoming an international clientele throughout the summer season.

Recognized for its outstanding hospitality and customer service, the agency has achieved excellent guest ratings and prestigious host recognition on leading international booking platforms.

The company is looking for a motivated and service-oriented intern to join its team for the summer 2027 season. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in tourism, hospitality, property management, and guest relations in one of Spain's most attractive coastal destinations.

Tareas

• Welcome international guests and manage check-in and check-out procedures.

• Provide personalized guest reception at the agency's offices and introduce guests to their holiday accommodations.

• Monitor booking calendars and assist with reservation management.

• Update and optimize property listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and internal management systems.

• Conduct property inspections before guest arrivals to ensure villas and apartments meet the agency's quality standards.

• Provide concierge services, local tourism recommendations, and assistance throughout guests' stays.

• Handle guest requests and help resolve operational issues efficiently.

• Support the agency director in the daily management of vacation rental operations during the summer season.

Requisitos

• Currently studying Tourism, Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field (BTS, Bachelor's, or Master's degree).

• Native or bilingual level of French.

• Good command of English.

• Knowledge of Spanish is a strong advantage.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-oriented attitude.

• Organized, detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of working independently.

• Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.

• Good computer skills and basic knowledge of AI-powered automation processes.

• Valid Category B driving license is mandatory.

Condiciones

• 600 € net per month as internship compensation.

• Free accommodation provided by the agency throughout the internship.
