Job Description
Our collaborator is a hostel in the centre of Padova (Italy), they have 206 beds on 37 rooms, and there is a bar with a courtyard and a rooftop bar.
They are searching for a person that wants to work in a young team, is willing to interact with the guests, and is a real team player.
Tasks
- Front office;
- Reception: interact with guests, and guest check-in;
- Back office;
- Answer e-mails, and phone calls.
Requirements
- The intern needs to have a good level of English, preferably Italian / German as well.
- Good use of computer and inclined to learn how to use the software on the PC.
- Good inclination to work in a team, outgoing, extrovert, and welcoming towards the guests.
Conditions
- Free accommodation in a shared dorm.
