Our collaborator is a charming hotel and restaurant located in Fumane, near Verona, in the beautiful Italian region of Veneto. Specialising in traditional regional cuisine, the restaurant offers guests an authentic Italian dining experience, combining homemade dishes with warm and welcoming hospitality.

They are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Waiter Intern to join their restaurant team. This is an excellent opportunity for students and young professionals interested in hospitality to gain hands-on experience in restaurant service, develop their customer service skills, and immerse themselves in Italian culture while working in a professional and friendly environment.

Tasks

• Prepare and set up tables before each service, ensuring a welcoming dining environment.
• Greet customers and assist them throughout their dining experience.
• Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen team.
• Serve food and beverages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with cleaning and organising the restaurant at the end of each shift.
• Collaborate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and hospitality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, positive, and customer-oriented attitude.
• Motivation to learn and develop skills in the hospitality industry.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• English language skills are mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of Italian is considered an advantage.
• Knowledge of additional languages will be highly appreciated.
• Previous experience in restaurant service is a plus but not mandatory.

• Monthly remuneration of €500.

Availability and Hours

• Working hours: 28 hours per week.

• Working schedule: Monday to Saturday, evening service only; Sunday, lunch and evening services.

• Day off: Wednesday.
