We are currently seeking an Project & Sales Manager in Recruitment to lead and manage recruitment projects, ensuring smooth coordination of our international programs. This role will involve guiding both candidates and partner companies throughout the recruitment process and ensuring that each experience meets our high standards.
Tasks
- Effectively Fill Open Positions: Source and place qualified candidates by leveraging our internal candidate database and various external recruitment channels.
- Conduct Inbound Sales Meetings: Engage potential clients in inbound sales meetings to secure new partnerships and manage recruitment processes from start to finish.
- Recruit Junior International Profiles: Identify and recruit international junior profiles for internships and entry-level roles across a range of industries.
- Support Documentation and Onboarding: Assist in managing the necessary documentation and onboarding processes, including internship agreements, NIE, visa requirements, and more.
- Build Partnerships with Educational Institutions: Develop and maintain effective collaborations with educational institutions to support recruitment efforts and ensure quality candidate pipelines.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in both Spanish and English is required.
- Autonomy: Once fully trained, able to work independently and make sound decisions
- Proactivity: Driven to go beyond the basics, proactively searching for candidates and identifying needed resources.
- Efficiency: Swift in candidate sourcing and response; capable of sending viable candidates in a short period of time.
- Results-Oriented: Strong focus on meeting KPIs.
- Exceptional Organization and Time Management: Effectively manages tasks and schedules to meet daily and weekly goals, capable of multitasking with ease.
- High Energy and Persistence: Brings intensity and persistence to the role, making regular follow-up calls to companies and candidates until responses are received.

Availability and hours
- Full-time: 40 hours per week, with flexible start times between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. Continuous schedule with no split shifts, allowing for a streamlined workday.
