Mystery Shopper and Market Research Consultant in Warsaw, Poland

Job Description

Our collaborator is a customer experience enhancement innovator operating across 3 Continents with regional offices in the US, Canada, China, Middle-east and Europe at present. They cater to 50+ ‘Brands’ across multiple verticals and work with a number of top device brands, retailers, distributors, insurers, service providers, and carriers across the globe. 

They are looking for someone who can assist them with occassional visits to retail stores across Poland and enquire about products and services.

Please note, this is not an internship nor a full time role or permanent employment. This is an ad-hoc project which will require visits to a number of stores across Poland.

Tasks

• As a mystery shopper you will provide feedback on the end to end experience and products from the stores you visit to enable them to continually improve their service.
• Separately, on an an ad-hoc basis, the individual will be required to visit other retail stores.
• Conduct market research.
• Provide feedback on the products and services available on the market.

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Polish.
• Flexibility to travel to the stores in Warsaw at short notice. Most stores are located here but candidates may be required to travel to other cities (all accessible by public tansport). 
• Strong communication skills and up for a challege.
• An enthusiastic, confident and friendly manner.

Conditions

• Brief and training provided at the beginning. 
• Expenses will be covered for transport.
• Incentive for the time spent in each store visited by candidates. If you visit more stores you will receive a higher incentive. 

 

Availability and hours

• Candidates are expected to spend 45 minutres to an hour at each store. 
• The project will last between 1-2 weeks.
• Start date- this week or as soon as possible.
