Senior Firmware Engineer- Embedded Systems (Remote/On-site)

Job Description

Our collaborator is a global developer and supplier of smart multi-channel meters and power quality analyzers for industrial and commercial applications, including power plants, industrial companies, large buildings, and malls. They are looking for an energetic and experienced Firmware Lead Engineer with a passion for embedded systems and real-time applications. Tasks

• Full responsibility over all development stages of embedded firmware.
• Manage and lead a growing team of talented engineers.
• Conduct interviews and hire engineers for new positions.
• Develop real-time embedded firmware for electricity meters under various operating systems.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure efficient product development.

Requirements

• BSc in Software or Electrical Engineering (or similar field).
• At least 7 years of hands-on experience developing real-time firmware in C/C++.
• Strong experience with RTOS-based systems.
• High-level proficiency in technical English.

• Experience in:

• Product development methodologies.
• End-to-end product development.
• Real-time operating systems.
• Firmware development in multidisciplinary environments.
• ARM processors and low-level drivers.
• Independent work capability and strong self-learning skills.
• System-wise vision and problem-solving ability.
