Job Description

If so,they are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Executive in Charge of Production to support their ongoing film projects.
Tasks
- Maintain General Accounting: Oversee the general ledger, ensuring accurate and compliant bookkeeping. Experience with SESAM is a plus.
- Prepare Financial Statements: Manage the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Handle Day-to-Day Financial Operations: Manage financial tasks including accounts payable and receivable, ensuring smooth financial processes.
- Streamline Processes: Oversee internal processing and approval processes, ensuring efficient account assignment for invoices.
- Conduct Financial Reconciliations: Perform account reconciliations, manage bank bookings, accruals, and oversee cash management activities.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with management, project managers, and assistants to achieve financial objectives.
- Act as a Key Contact: Serve as the primary contact for internal and external partners, including tax advisors and auditors.
- Support Financial Planning: Assist the CFO and project managers with the preparation of financing and bank loan applications.
Requirements
- Strong commercial and financial skills.
- Practical experience in financial accounting and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency with SESAM FIBU and payroll systems is an advantage.
- Excellent knowledge of HGB/IFRS accounting standards, ideally with experience in consolidated accounting for international companies.
- Proficiency in English and German.
