Job Description

Our collaborator is an innovative startup specializing in the rental of private flights, with the ambition of becoming a global leader in the industry. As we prepare to launch our platform, we are seeking our first key team member: a Head of Procurement & Sales. This strategic role offers an exciting challenge and fast-track career progression opportunities.

Tasks

  • Develop the commercial offering: Identify, prospect, and onboard a global network of private flight providers (jets, light aircraft, helicopters, etc.).
  • Respond to customer inquiries: Manage incoming requests to ensure optimal client satisfaction.
  • Commercial strategy: Implement efficient processes to maximize profitability and meet the demands of a competitive international market.
  • Administrative tasks and follow-ups: Ensure rigorous management of contracts, margins, and supplier relationships.
  • Growth and evolution: Actively contribute to the company’s expansion by assisting in the future recruitment of country-specific sales teams.

Requirements

  • Required languages:
    • English: Fluent or native (essential).
    • French : At an intermediate level is a plus
    • Spanish is a plus 
    • German is a plus 
    • Italian: is a plus 
  • Commercial and administrative experience: You excel at both negotiation and operational management.
