Job Description

Our collaborator is a global performance-driven digital marketing company focused on helping businesses grow through innovative technology and results-oriented marketing strategies.

Tasks

• Monitor and track project and operational progress against timelines, milestones, and goals.

• Prioritize tasks and provide regular updates to management on project status and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain, and update project plans, reports, and operational documentation.
• Support cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and operational efficiency.
• Prepare clear reports to ensure projects and daily operations run smoothly.
• Assist in coordinating financial and operational initiatives from planning through execution.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support best practices

Requirements

• Previous experience in Operations, Project Coordination, or Administrative Support is a plus.

• Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and reliable.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work onsite full-time in Tirana, Albania.
