Job Tasks and Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning and execution of exhibitions and installations.
- Help in organizing various art workshops, seminars, and cultural events.
- Assisting teams in maintaining and updating the company's digital resources and social media platforms.
- Support in the daily operational tasks in various departments: curatorial, communications, education, and conservation.
- Perform in-depth research and contribute innovative ideas for future projects and exhibitions.
Job Requirements:
- Must be currently enrolled in a university or college programme related to Art History, Fine Arts, Cultural Studies, Museum Studies, or related fields.
- Strong interest in and knowledge of the contemporary art scene.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Should be a self-starter, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with digital media platforms.
Personal Requirements
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, demanding, and complex work environment.
- A passion for arts and culture.
- Flexibility to work during some evenings and weekends for special events.
