Internship Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated Events Management Intern to support our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about event planning, eager to learn, and willing to contribute to exciting projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all elements align with the client’s vision.
  • Support logistics management including venue selection, catering coordination, and equipment sourcing.
  • Conduct research on industry trends and competitor events to provide insights for future projects.
  • Engage with vendors and stakeholders to negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
  • Help create and maintain project timelines and budgets to ensure events are delivered on schedule and within budget.

Job and Personal Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with event management software is a plus.
  • A proactive approach, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
