Roles and Responsibilities

- Assist in analyzing and streamlining operational processes to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with various project teams in the design, planning, and implementation of innovative solutions.
- Conduct time studies and work measurements to maintain and update standardization protocols.
- Assist in identifying, analyzing and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Support in executing statistical analysis, simulations and predictive modeling.

Job Requirements

- Must be an undergraduate or graduate student majoring in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related fields.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changes quickly.
- Proficient in software applications such as Microsoft Office, CAD, and other project management tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Experience in using statistical packages for analyzing datasets is a plus.
