Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Kitchen/Cook Intern to join our team in Glasgow. This internship provides an opportunity to learn and gain hands-on experience in a kitchen/cooking environment. You will learn the basics of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, and will work under the supervision of our qualified chefs. The successful candidate will be a part of a team that is passionate about quality food and providing excellent service.

Tasks & Responsibilities
• Assist the chefs in the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
• Assist in the ordering of food, beverages, and other kitchen supplies
• Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
• Follow health and safety standards and regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure all dishes are prepared according to company recipe guidelines

Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
• Good communication and organizational skills
