Job Description:

We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Reception / Reservations Intern. Stationed at the heart of our corporate operations in Cardiff, you’ll be the first point of contact for clients, exhibiting our commitment to premium service. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate front desk responsibilities, including client reception, answering phone calls, handling correspondence, and scheduling appointments.
  • Assist with managing room reservations and accommodation bookings.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional image at all times.
  • Support the Reservations team in daily operations and administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing and client satisfaction.

    • Qualifications and Personal Requirements:

    Candidates should be pursuing a degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. No prior work experience is required, however, a keen interest in hospitality and customer service is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and proficiency in MS Office is essential.
