Head of ‘FASHION INTERN- SUMMER 2021’ in CARDIFF, UNITED KINGDOM

TASK DESCRIPTION:

As an intern, you will be involved in:

• Assisting the design team with creating mood boards, colour palettes and fabrications
• Contributing to the creation and development of new product lines
• Sourcing novel materials and accessories whilst maintaining relationships with suppliers
• Attending fittings and providing constructive feedback
• Helping the marketing team with photoshoots, fashion shows and events
• Conducting fashion trend, competitive market and consumer research while efficiently summarising your findings

PERSONAL AND JOB REQUIREMENTS:

We are seeking a current fashion design or fashion merchandising student or an ahead-of-the-curve graduate, eager to bring their vibrant, unique perspective to our team. You should possess:

• A keen eye and passion for fashion, trends and creativity
• Good understanding of textiles, garment construction and fit
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• A pro-active mindset and can-do attitude, able to take on challenges and work under pressure
• Brilliant interpersonal and communication skills coupled with strong teamwork spirits
• Eligibility to work in the UK and comes with no criminal history
