Job Description

The intern will be entitled to the post of Program Coordinator. You will be directly involved in project planning, execution and follow-ups for various initiatives that our NGO undertakes. Your primary role will involve liaising between different departments to ensure timely completion of our projects. This position requires you to play an active role in organizing meetings, circulating agendas, and ensuring actionable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in designing and implementing plans for new projects
  • Coordinating with different teams to ensure smooth workflow
  • Collating and analyzing data for periodic project reviews
  • Assisting in managing donor relationships
  • Participating in community outreach programs and campaigns

Job Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a related field, such as Business Administration, Social Work, or International Relations
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficient in MS Office especially in Excel for handling databases
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
