Job Description:

The successful candidate will gain practical experience working in fast-paced reception settings where duties include greeting clients, answering phone calls, scheduling and confirming appointments. The intern will also assist in taking and coordinating reservations, updating and maintaining the reservation system accurately, resolving issues regarding reservations, and providing guidance to customers on their queries.

- Handling reception area tasks such as answering phone calls and emails, greeting visitors, managing post, etc.
- Assisting in making, amending, and canceling reservations within the system.

Personal and Job Requirements:

No prior knowledge is needed but the ideal candidate should be working towards a degree in Hospitality, Business, or related fields. The candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and an ability to handle multiple tasks. They should demonstrate an ability to work in a team environment, and an ability to adapt to changes in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with computer systems and a customer-focused approach are also highly desirable.
