Job Description

As an Intern, you'll have an opportunity to be an integral part of our operational team. The intern duties and responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning, organizing, and facilitating of travel plans for clients.
• Providing outstanding customer service and optimize guest satisfaction.
• Assisting in managing company's social pages and updating promotional content.
• Assisting in the management of the reservations system.
• Participating in branding and promotional events.
• Cooperating closely with other departments, mainly marketing, guest relations, and food & beverage services.

Job Requirements

To successfully perform in this role, you'll be required to meet these qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a tourism, hospitality, or a relevant field's tertiary level program.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Genuinely passionate about hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
